Filled with vividly rendered set pieces, unexpected turnings, assorted cliffhangers and moments of appalling cruelty, A Dance with Dragons is epic fantasy as it should be written: passionate, compelling, convincingly detailed and thoroughly imagined. This book is a wonderful gift idea for young adults, and I’ve gifted a copy to family members who will enjoy this. Perfect stories for a winter’s evening or warm summer nights (here in Australia). Game of Thrones eventually ended its eight season run in HBO in 2019 but Martin is still far from finished with the book series. The upcoming sequels, The Winds of Winter, and A Dream of Spring are yet to be published. The book sale on 29-30 March sold this set at 999 (The price increased soon after). The next time it was for 1170 during 28-30 April (during which I bought this product). Again, on 31st May-1st June, the price went as low was 1200. With the television adaptation of Game of Thrones in 2011 , along with its star-studded cast, the fantasy series reached an ever wider audience. Martin published the latest title of the series, A Dance with Dragons, that same year, which also achieved a best-selling status. The box set is delectable. I LOVE IT. It's a very nice 7 book set. Also, map of westeros is added which i of a quite good quality and not to forget, flipkart always adds it's own mini bookmark which i like. The box set which i received was torn from all the sides. I was disappointed. Then i reported and asked for replacement which i eventually got. Fire & Blood (includes The Sons of the Dragon, The Rogue Prince, and The Princess and the Queen) 2 BC - 136 AC. The first half was okay, but I was completely blown away by the end!
