Some usershave also reported experiencing this issue with their units when the haptic bass feature is on. Their treble response is a lot more neutral, and while it's still a bit overemphasized, dialogue and instruments sound clear and bright. If you're looking for more bass, their haptic bass feature can add more rumble and boom when set to 'High'.
