The Newdale Coat from Joules is a fabulously designed quilted Coat with a padded collar, front pockets and a zip up front. The barby lining that’s inside is adorned in a hand-drawn floral print that’s as pretty as a picture. As a guide: a 45cm skirt is a ‘substantial mini’, a 53cm skirt should sit ‘above the knee’, a 57cm skirt and a 102cm dress should sit below the knee’. It’s got all the charming, traditional details including diamond quilting, cord collar and trims, zip and popper fastening as well as the addition of an internal name label so it doesn’t get lost in the school cloakroom!
